BEST PHOTOGRAPHER IN ATLANTA
That was the ridiculous title of my 2015 Craigslist ad. Who knew that such a mockable listing would catapult me, a Lawrenceville Georgia native, around the world? Shooting hundreds of commercial properties for brands like Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG. The call that propelled this adventure came less than a week after I quit my job to pursue my creative passions.
Previously, I spent five years as an amateur. I was honing my craft and gaining experience to plunge into full-time. Shooting music festivals taught me to improvise and capture beautiful moments as they unfold. Landscapes taught me HDR and compositing techniques. Sunsets showed me patience. Portraits allowed me to connect with people and understand how to work together. Over the last 13 years, I've brought all these experiences together to create at my highest level.
How I work.
Many times, my clients have no idea what to expect before the shoot begins. They're concerned about an area of the shoot that isn't quite up to snuff. In these circumstances, it's my responsibility to make it all work. In commercial photography, being versatile and willing to improvise is essential. I’m eager to be challenged and take on complex creative endeavors. When someone commissions me for a project, I always invest my best effort to produce at the highest level. I believe it's the little things that make the big difference.
